People often ask why I wrote White Flagging. Was it a ministry assignment? A career move? A personal project?

Honestly — it was survival.

I wrote White Flagging from the trenches. From moments of real emotional collapse. From seasons where I felt unseen, unheard, and utterly exhausted by the weight of responsibility.

This book wasn’t written at a desk with a latte and perfect lighting. It was written between tears and whispered prayers. In car rides where I begged God for direction. In quiet mornings when I finally had the courage to be honest about how worn out I really was.

I wrote this book because I saw too many strong people breaking. Too many gifted, called, sincere believers drowning in invisible battles. Too many of us trying to “hold it together” while falling apart in secret.

I wrote it for the woman who’s tired of being everything for everyone. I wrote it for the man who’s exhausted by the pressure to perform. I wrote it for the soul that knows God is real — but can’t feel Him anymore because the noise is too loud.

White Flagging is not a book about defeat. It’s about divine release. About learning to trust the God who fights for you. About stepping out of performance and into peace.

Writing this book changed me. It healed places I didn’t know were still hurting. It taught me to stop striving and start yielding. To live less from control and more from flow.

And now, I believe it will do the same for you.
